One-time fee nature
AgentCat plans are one-time access fees, not subscriptions. Paying grants you the upload quota and features described in the selected tier for the lifetime of your account.
Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used any paid analysis uploads. Once the service has been used, refunds are not guaranteed but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Email support@agentcat.app from the address linked to your account. Include your payment reference and reason for the request. Decisions are typically made within 5 business days.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not issued for accounts terminated due to abuse, fraud, false payment proof, or violation of our terms. Promotional or discounted purchases are final unless required by law.
Payment disputes
If you open a payment dispute before contacting us, your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. We encourage direct communication for faster outcomes.
